Vertigrow opened its gates to customers for the first time in 1998. Over the last eight years, Andrew Williamson, the owner, has strived to increase and improve the stock we have on site.

As a working nursery we pride ourselves on the quality of our plants. We welcome our customers to the site where our knowledgeable staff are more than willing to give you their advice and find a plant for every situation.

Throughout the year, Vertigrow stocks over 1000 varieties of shrubs and perennials and is renowned for its ever increasing selection of mature trees.

Our large tree and shrub range is extensive, with mature specimens being imported from Europe and New Zealand as well as local suppliers.

Our stock reflects changes with the different seasons. In the Spring and Autumn our Nursery is awash with colour from bedding plants that are competitively priced and of excellent quality - we offer the service of making up hanging baskets for all our customers and always have ready made baskets in stock.

If you were to visit us in the Autumn you would find nearly every type of hedging, fruit tree and soft fruit that you might require. If you can't find the plant you were looking for we will always try to find an alternative or source you one from one of our many suppliers.

We welcome inquiries from the public, landscape designers and contractors alike. We aim at all times to have the highest quality of stock, a personal approach and a friendly atmosphere to ensure that customers who have visited us once will feel they want to come back time and time again.
