Bay Laurel. Sweet Bay. A short standard evergreen tree or large shrub with glossy, dark green, aromatic leaves. Evergreen. Frost hardy. Shelter from cold drying winds. Foliage used in cooking. Clip to shape in March. Excellent in containers in a sunny position. Feed regularly to prevent leaves yellowing.
