  • Malus Cheal's Weeping

    'Cheal's Weeping' is a compact, semi-weeping, deciduous tree with ovate to elliptic, toothed, dark green leaves turning yellow in autumn. Clusters of fragrant, pink flowers in mid-spring are followed by small, edible, spherical, orange-red fruit in autumn.

    Columnar Apple. A columnar apple tree with dark green leaves. Pretty, pink blossom in late spring followed by glossy, red / green fruits. Height 6-8ft. A very neat dwarf tree ideal for restricted spaces.

    Crab apple. An upright tree with green/purple leaves. Pretty, pink/purple flowers in late spring followed by glossy, bright red/orange fruits which remain over winter. Height 5m. Spread 3m. Flowers April to May. Fruits from June.

  • Malus Profusion Improved

    Coppery red foliage when young which turns a dark forest green before adopting hues of yellow/bronze in the autumn. Both the flowers and fruit produced by this are a deep, purple wine (almost red) colour. Flowers from April and followed by the small purple crabs. Popular amongst wildlife.

  • Malus Red Jade

    Malus Red Jade is an elegant Weeping Crab Apple tree, ideal for year round interest. The pendulous frame of this ornamental tree is covered in a profusion of white flowers, often with rosy tints, opening from pink buds in April-May.

    An elegant. small weeping tree with deep reddish-pink flowers and reddish-bronze leaves. The dark red fruit does not fall and is enjoyed by birds. A hardy tree with excellent disease resistance.

  • Malus tschonoskii

    Crab Apple. An attractive strong growing tree, up to 12m, erect conical habit, flowers white tinged pink, fruits globosa yellowish green tinged reddish purple. One of the best trees for autumn colour. Leaves have a silvery hue in summer.

  • Malus Van Eseltine

    Crab Apple. An upright small. columnar tree with glossy. mid-green to grey leaves. Pretty double pink flowers in late spring followed by yellow fruits. Height 8m. Spread 6m. Flowers from May to June. Fruits from July. A good selection for a small garden.

  • Malus Wisley

    Crab Apple. Tough small flowering tree prefers a fertile well drained soil in full sun or light shade. Malus will tolerate a cold spot but avoid planting in windy exposed or very dry areas. Prune to shape during the winter months but avoid excessive pruning.
