Pride of India. Small tree, 20 to 40 feet tall with a spreading crown. Alternate compound coarsely toothed or lobed leaflets with purple flowers, in a loose long cluster appearing after the leaves. Yellow-brown fruit hanging clusters, ripening in the fall and persisting all winter.
